About Department
This department controls and manages the printing and binding of books.
- Printing and binding of textbooks is done by about 150 printing houses every year through e-tendering.
- Quality control inspections are also carried out at the Printing Press as well as in the distribution centers.It is the policy of the Bureau not to accept any defective books.
- In the academic year 2021-22, 7.46 crore books were printed.
